2007 Q3 & Q4 REPORT

Prometheus Gas, Member Company of Copelouzos Group, during the final semester of 2007 leased the remaining part of office space at Kifisias 280 complex and a big part at Gravias 4 & Granikou building.

In particular, Metadata – Telecommunication Company chose for the establishment of its offices the last remaining office space at 3, Agriniou Str.

Amgen Hellas, a subsidiary of the Swiss pharmaceutical company, choose two floors at Gravias 4 & Granikou building for the establishment of its commercial activities in Greece. Our company is also under negotiations for the lease of the last remaining space at the same building and for the lease of one fully autonomous floor at 38, Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue building.
